Natural treatments to prevent and eliminate varicose veins

Varicose veins are a health problem that highlights poor blood circulation. They also pose a cosmetic problem that can be very visible and affect self-esteem. The main cause of varicose veins is primarily related to the liver, as this is the body that regulates our circulation and purifies our blood toxins. Keep in mind that a complete treatment against varicose veins must start with a good diet,
based on the following foods: In this article, we explain how to follow a natural treatment, at home, to prevent varicose veins and eliminate the latest of them.
Improve blood circulation: The main cause of varicose veins is primarily related to the liver, as this is the body that regulates our circulation and purifies our blood toxins. That is why we must always keep in mind that a complete treatment against varicose veins must start with a good diet, based on the following foods:
Fruits and vegetables in particular lemon, grapefruit, artichoke or chicory.
Dried vegetables soup with cumin, kombu seaweed or fennel
Whole grains: especially rice, millet, quinoa or buckwheat.
Egg, preferably organic
Fish
White meat
Dry or dried fruit, raw or grilled, not fried or salted
Seeds: raw or sprouted
of cold pressed oils: sesame, olive, sunflower, linseed, wheat seeds, etc.
Plant oat drinks, rice and almonds
Spices such as garlic or turmeric
However, avoid or limit consumption of the following foods:
Red meat and sausage
Milk and dairy products
Fried foods and ready meals
Alcoholic beverages
Regulate bowel
The intestine is another body that directly influences the circulation of our blood in the body, since it is in the belly, the central part of our body. If it malfunctions, it creates a blockage that prevents proper circulation throughout the body. This is why we must treat our intestines naturally, especially if we are constipated, so we tend to suffer from diarrhea or irritable bowel, which are the most common problems.
Infusions for circulation
We must take care of us inside and out. This is why we recommend taking daily infusions that help to improve blood flow. You can choose for example the following herbs:
A plant to improve liver function: The boldo, dandelion or sea holly (taken with caution for those with severe liver problems).
Rosemary or Centella asiatica to improve the flow of our members (do not take rosemary if you have hypertension).
A plant to improve microcirculation: gingko biloba.
To regulate bowel function: flaxseed.
We can add to this brew the juice of half a lemon and a little stevia or honey to sweeten
Cold water
Cold water is the most immediate remedy for traffic problems, but it must be applied correctly.
When you do not have cold, wet your legs with cold water. We can do it in the shower, in the bath, in a pool, at sea, with a hose, etc.
Hold for a few minutes, if possible move.
Then dry your legs to warm up and get a contrast of temperatures, which is actually the most beneficial.
If this is not enough to warm up, you can do exercises or massage.
A moisturizer along with a massage
To further improve the flow of blood in our legs, administer them a massage at least once a day with a specific product, if possible natural, with ingredients that are not harmful to our health. We can choose a gel or moisturizer or prepare our own oil blending plant almond oil with a few drops of one of the following essential oils:
Rosemary
Witch hazel
Centella asiatica
Vine
Indian brown
It must massage the legs in circles, always upward, toward the heart. Finally, we must make upward movements with clenched fist
The inverted posture
Every night before you go to bed, lie down on the floor, in bed or on a couch and put your legs in the air, possibly with the buttocks against the wall and totally vertical legs, right angle our body.
Stay in this position 15 to 30 minutes, unless your legs are not asleep before.
This simple exercise, like some yoga positions and other body therapies, is very effective and relaxing if we practice every day.

What does your writing say about your personality?

Your writing can show what kind of personality you have or different psychological problems. If you wish to learn how to interpret your writing, you’re in the right place. Sociologists believe the way you write reflects the way your mind works.
Thus, A balanced writing will be the external manifestation of a balanced mind. Furthermore, letters leaning left indicate someone with a tendency to live in the past and has a passive mood. Tilting to the right shows usually a person who thinks about the future and have some aggressive tendencies.

What does your writing say about your personality?

The extent to which individuals offset their tendencies and personality is an invaluable clue to a prospective employer and many companies and firms have started to hire graphologists, especially for this.  Specialists can learn how one individual will react to stressful situations, etc. For example, fraudsters can easily be detected by looking at how they write oval letters: a, o and p and d. They will look as if someone erased their base.

Small writing

Small writing reveals either the ability or the potential for a high degree of concentration. Narrow and sharp dashes joining the letters of a word are the expression of timidity, of internalizing. Also, introverts tend to sign their name on the far left of the sheet of paper and write all letters bent to the left.

Writing pressure

Next, the amount of pressure can tell something about you. Light pressure writing means you are sensitive and can show empathy to people. Also, you may have lack of vitality. Heavy pressure writing means you are good with commitment and taking thinks seriously. If the pressure is excessively heavy, you can tend to be uptight and can react quickly to criticism.

Writing speed

People who can write quickly are impatient and dislike delays or time wasters. On the other hand, those who write slowly are more organized, methodical and self-reliant.

Writing the”t”

They way you’re crossing your t’s can say a lot of things about you too. First, let’s start with where you’re doing the cross. If it’s at the very top, you’re ambitious, optimistic and have a good self-esteem. If it’s right in the middle, you’re confident, feel comfortable in your own skin. Second, long crosses usually mean you are very determined and enthusiastic. However, you tend to be stubborn and have a hard time letting things go. Short crosses show a lazier and less determined personality.

  • Toothpaste
How to:
Make two strips of aluminum foil, with which you will cover the upper and lower teeth. Mix toothpaste with baking soda and salt. The results will be encouraging.
Besides this natural remedy for teeth whitening, you have to consider some other rules, if you want to have healthy teeth.

  2. Change your toothbrush every 2-3 months, otherwise you will only disperse bacteria in your mouth. The same rule applies to electric toothbrush. Give particular attention to the tongue. Clean it thoroughly every morning if you want to get rid of bacteria and have fresh breath.
  3.  Eat carrots, celery, apples or popcorn at the end of each meal. Even if you brush your teeth twice a day, it will be helpful if you use dental floss.
  4.   Also, you should brush your teeth for about two minutes, because it takes that long to fluoride from toothpaste fix enamel.

FIND OUT THE REASON WHY YOUR STOMACH HURTS

Abdominal pain is not harmful in most of the situations, but on the contrary side, in some cases it may be the sign of a severe disease. If you know to identify the exact location of the pain in your abdomen,
you can actually diagnose what is the disease that you are suffering from. This is still not enough to do, in order to have the confirmation for your predictions; it is important that you consult your doctor for fixing this problem.
Strong abdominal pain in almost every situation means that you are suffering from a severe disease. Even if your stomach pain is not strong but lasts for long, you need to pay attention because you may suffer from a chronic disorder that needs to be treated instantly!
It is obvious to feel your stomach hurt from time to time, but when the same type of abdominal pain lasts for more than two weeks, you should immediately see your doctor. If this is not your case, it is still a good thing to take a routine control, so that you make sure that your mild abdominal pain is not related to a serious disorder. Abdominal pain (when signaling a severe disease in the body) may be accompanied by other unpleasant side effects as well, such as blood in the stool, diarrhea, vomiting or long swell.
FIND OUT THE REASON WHY YOUR STOMACH HURTS
The below image is like the `map` of your abdomen and depending on different areas of the stomach, you can easily discover what is wrong:
1. Area number 1 indicates high chances to gallstones. In this situation, you can`t exclude inflammation of the pancreas or stomach ulcer either.
2. Epigastric hernia, inflammation of the pancreas, gallstones, indigestion, heartburn or stomach ulcers is your key risk, if you feel the pain in area number 2.
3. Area number 3 in the stomach is related to people suffering from bile duct blockage, pancreatic problems, duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer.
4. It is almost sure that you have kidney stones, if you feel the pain in area number 4. Lumbar hernia, constipation and urinary tract inflammation are three other risks you unfortunately can`t exclude in this situation.
5. Area number 5 indicates umbilical hernia, Crohn`s disease, inflammation of the large intestine, the initial stage of appendicitis, stomach ulcer or pancreas.
6. Pain felt in area number 6 signals diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation and kidney problems.
7. When you complain about your pain encountered in area number 7, it means that you may be suffering from pelvic problems, appendicitis or constipation.
8. Area number 8 indicates inflammatory bowel disease, appendicitis and inflammation of the urinary tract.
9. Finally, you may be suffering from inguinal hernia, gynecological problems or diverticular disease, if you constantly feel the pain in area number 9 of your stomach.
It is very important that you go through these 9 areas of the abdomen and meditate on them, when your stomach pain lasts for too long or the pain is severe. Consulting with your doctor as soon as possible in this case is a good thing because you have high chances to save your life from the worst things.

Use a Tennis Ball to Relieve Sciatic Pain and Back Pain! Here is How!

The usual places to feel sciatic pain are along the sciatic nerve pathway: in the lower back, buttock, back of the thigh and/or calf, on the side of the foot, and in the heel. You may also feel numbness or weakness in these areas or a strange sensation like tingling or pins and needles.
I wrote in the past a number of very popular articles on how to naturally relieve sciatic pain (you can find the links to my other articles at the end of this post). This time I want to introduce you to tennis ball therapy for sciatic nerve pain as well as back pain.

Tennis Ball Therapy for Sciatic Pain

Tennis ball therapy utilizes the principles of massage, acupressure and reflexology which help to relieve sore muscles and muscle tension. In the case of sciatic pain, the tennis ball aims to treat the piriformis muscle which is located close to the sciatic nerve. This muscle can push the sciatic nerve against the tendons beneath it, which results in contributing to the familiar buttock and leg pain.
The tennis ball presses and treats trigger points in the piriformis muscle, reduces the muscle tension and rigidity, improves mobility and improves blood circulation to the area. The tennis ball therapy is good not only for sciatica, but also for back pain. The tennis ball acts as a massage substitute that helps reduce muscle tension and provide relief from lower back pain.
The advantages of this therapy is that it’s cheap and simple and can be done in the comfort of your home.
Important notes
You must remember that most sciatic pain is a result of a spinal condition, such as herniated disk or a narrowing of the spinal canal, which causes the nerve pain, so targeting the piriformis muscle is just one of the steps to relieving the sciatic pain. You still need to target the root of the problem in the spinal cord, so a consultation with a health care provider is important, as tennis ball therapy may be just one component added to a physical therapy, medication or exercise program.
If the sciatica or back pain result from pinched nerve, avoid placing the tennis ball near the pinched nerve to reduce the risk of further injury.
It’s always a good practice to talk to your doctor about your condition before you start a tennis ball therapy program to find out if there are any restrictions related to your condition.

How to do Tennis Ball Therapy for Sciatic Pain

You can use one or more tennis balls depending on your pain level and ability to balance. While sitting, or lying on the floor, place a tennis ball under your muscles where you’re experiencing the pain. If you use one ball, it will apply more pressure on the area and can cause pain from the pressure. If you use two or more balls, the pressure is spread over more balls and works more areas at once with less pain.
Slowly shift your weight onto the ball or balls and note any areas of increased tenderness; these are the locations of your trigger points. Use a moderate amount of force to compress each painful spot for 15 to 20 seconds before you move to the next. You can also roll the ball back and forth in gentle movements.
The pain you feel from the tennis should not be too strong. If the pain is too intense, adjust the ball slightly or add more balls to release direct pressure. Work gently, as too much pressure can increase the pain rather than relieving it and can aggravate the condition. If you feel sharp pain, stop, or you may damage the muscle or nerve.
If you suffer from low back pain, it’s a good idea to also release pressure in the middle and upper back.

Korean Hand Therapy will free you from pain! Here is how!

A striking characteristic of the Korean hand chart concerns the fact that the spine is located in the dorsal central axis of the hand.  KHT combines the simplicity of reflexology with the sophistication of 3000 years of Oriental Acupuncture Medicine. Today, hundreds of thousands worldwide practice KHT … both on others and on themselves.

Korean Hand Therapy will free you from pain!

WHAT IS IT?  Korean Hand Therapy is a system for awakening the body to health and wellness through your hands. By stimulating specific points on your hands, you can resolve pain and balance internal organ function.
KHT includes the reflexology level of treatment, similar in concept to the reflexology of the foot. The KHT reflex map of the hand was discovered in 1971 by Dr. Tae-Woo Yoo, O.M.D., Ph.D. in Korea and has been clinically and experimentally tested for accuracy. KHT also includes the entire acupuncture meridian energy system, but in miniature, on the hands. This addition to the reflex system gives hand therapy many treatment options, as explained below.
STIMULATING POINTS in KHT is done with your fingers, point massage, tiny tape-on metal acu-pressure pellets, through an infrared heat device, miniature acupuncture needles, lasers and electrical stimulation.
GREATER HEALING EFFECTIVENESS in the KHT system is possible because the entire acupuncture system found on the whole body is also found in miniature on the hands. This means that you can add the healing power of acupuncture principles to the basic KHT hand reflexology system.
HEALTH PROFESSIONALS OF ALL DISCIPLINES can add the power of KHT to their present methods of working with clients.
KHT is practiced by a diverse group of health care professionals throughout the world. Current practitioners include acupuncturists, medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, nurses, nurse practitioners, massage therapists, and laypersons. Text books are available in English; German; French; Spanish; Japanese; and Russian (soon).

WHAT IS reflexology?

The general purpose of ‘reflex zone therapy’ (a.k.a. reflexology) is to ‘balance’ the nervous system. Reflexologists usually use an approach where the body is divided into ten equal vertical zones: five zones on the right side of the body + five zones on the left side of the body (e.g. the first zone corresponds with the thumb in the hand and the big toe in the foot). This vertical approach goes parallel to Chinese philosophy of the meridians & the medical so-called ‘dermatomes’ (= areas of skin that are mainly supplied by a single spinal nerve); However, there is no direct connection between the 10 vertical reflex zones and 12 meridians, nor do these concepts directly relate to the physical nerve system. This implicates that in general hand reflexology & foot reflexology can be recognized to represent massage techniques that are quite similar to the reflex points & techniques used in acupressure (and the philosophy behind acupuncture).
The word reflexology is derived from the so-called ‘reflex arc’, which refers to a neural pathway that controls an action reflex. Formally, there are two types of reflex arc: ‘autonomic reflex arc’ (affecting inner organs) and ‘somatic reflex arc’ (affecting muscles); reflexology can be associated with the first type. This implicates that (hand) reflexology should not be associated with casual uses of the terms: ‘reflex’, ‘hand reflex’ and ‘primitive reflexes’.
Unfortunately, there is no consensus among hand reflexologists about how reflexology exactly is supposed to work. For example: in many hand reflexology charts the heart is located at the radial side of the hand card (sometimes it gets associated with the 2nd phalange of the thumb) – which sort of represents the opposite of the principle described by the meridian philosophy.
Some reflexologists even claim that the zones in reflexology maps represent only approximates and may vary from person to person. Hand reflexology experts generally work with charts that propose sort of a likewise model for various internal organs & body parts. However, most individual reflexology hand charts do show some significant differences compared to other charts.
Many reflexology hand charts are available on the internet; charts are being presented in various formats, and many printable reflexology hand charts are available. However, for people who are not familiar with the basics of hand reflexology might get confused by the fact that many hand maps display unique characteristics – which often reflect the personal view of the hand map designer. Authors dispute the representative locations in the hand that may get associated with the eyes and the heart, so these aspects belong to the key-elements of disagreement in hand reflexology.
In general, in most charts the eyes get associated with one or more sections of the index finger and/or middle finger. In some Western hands reflexology charts the eyes are associated with the 2nd phalange of the index finger or the middle finger. But in the Korean ‘Koryo hand therapy’ charts the eyes are placed on the tip of the middle finger.

Hand Reflexology: ‘Do-it-yourself’!!!

Your 10-minute hand reflexology self-treatment starts with:
  • Step 1 – Pinching the finger tips and thumb of your right hand.
NOTICE: The pressure applied to each finger should be firm, but make sure it is not painful. A few seconds for each single fingertip will be sufficient. The following step is to repeat this process on your left hand.
The next steps are:
  • Step 2 – Pinching the sides of your fingertips;
  • Step 3 – vigorous finger rubbing;
  • Step 4 – more finger rubbing but now the tops and bottoms + rubbing the sides of your fingers;
  • Step 5 – finger tugging: grasp each single finger (and thumb) at the base and tug firmly;
  • Step 6 – pinch and pull the webbed areas between your fingers;
  • Step 7 – gently massage the top of your hand with your thumb;
  • Step 8 – gently massage your inner wrists;
  • Step 9 – massage firmly the palm of your hand; and step 10 – centering by your thumb deeply in the center of your palm.

This 2 Ingredient Remedy Flushes POUNDS of Waste From Your Colon

This drinkable home remedy is really easy, gentle, and effective. It is not a fast flush type of colon cleanse, this will simply purify the system as the ingredients work to help your body filter out the bad as waste, and retain the good bacterial balance of your digestive system.

HOW THESE TWO INGREDIENTS WORK TO CLEANSE YOUR COLON FAST

Raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar has gained a lot of interest recently, from both the medical research community and also from those who are looking for natural remedies for health problems. It is inexpensive and provides many health benefits, for your colon health and for the rest of your body also.
When you shop for apple cider vinegar, look for the variety that still has the murky stuff floating at the bottom of the bottle. This is the good stuff, called the ‘mother,’ that you want because it has a lot of nutritional benefits that have not been filtered out of the processed and pasteurized types of apple cider vinegar. These unfiltered particles will give you the most benefits to cleanse your colon fast.
The ‘mother’ of apple cider vinegar contains the bacteria acetobacter, which combines with oxygen to ferment the apple cider into vinegar. This is a helpful bacteria that breaks down food in our gut. Apple cider vinegar may also help reduce irregularity of the bowels, as well as lowering blood sugar levels after a meal, and reducing blood pressure.

HOW TO MAKE THIS 2 INGREDIENT REMEDY AND SAFELY CLEANSE YOUR COLON FAST

This colon cleanse recipe is very simple. The two ingredients you will need are unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the ‘mother’ floating at the bottom and some raw, unprocessed honey. Shake the bottle of apple cider vinegar to mix up the unfiltered part that settles at the bottom before measuring out the amount of vinegar to use.
To a glass with 8 ounces of warm water add:
– 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar
– 2 tbs of raw honey
Stir this mixture well until the honey dissolves. You can drink this at the start of your day or anytime you feel like you need to cleanse your colon. Feel free to continue your normal daily activities without concern about when the cleanse will take affect.
You do not need to be near a bathroom constantly with this type of colon cleanse. Again, although the effects of this cleanse are fast-acting in that they are easily absorbed by your digestive system, you will not experience a quick movement of your bowels by drinking it.
