Diet with eggs is known as a medical diet or a diet of 15 days, but anyway you call it gives fantastic results. It is composed of a team of doctors, for its strict rules that must not be broken. It is held for 15 days and after that, you will have a perfect line.

Diet with eggs

This diet allows you to lose 2 to 5 kg in 5 days or 10 to 15 kilograms in 15 days. The advantage is that no fatigue and weakness, because of sufficient vitamins and minerals. The diet is repeated three or five days or less if it is necessary to lose fewer pounds. A 15-day pause is made if you want to repeat this diet.

Medical diet – meal menu

1 day
Breakfast: 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar)
Lunch: 1 orange; 1 boiled egg; 1/2 cup of yogurt.
Dinner: 2 tomatoes; 2 boiled eggs; 1 cucumber or 1/2 washed green salad

2 day
Breakfast: 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 orange; 1 boiled egg; 1/2 cup of yogurt.
Dinner: 1 steak (125 g minced meat); 1 orange; 1 tomato; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

3 dayBreakfast: 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 orange; 1 boiled egg; 1/2 cup yogurt; 1 green salad or 2 cucumbers; sugar-free beverages.
Dinner: 1 steak (125 g of minced beef); 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar

4 day
Breakfast: 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 125 g of non-fat cheese; 1 tomato; 4 crackers.
Dinner: 1 steak (125 g of minced beef); 4 crackers; 2 tomatoes; 1 apple.

5 day
Breakfast: 1 orange; 4 crackers; 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 200 g cooked fish or chicken; 4 crackers; 1 tomato.
Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables; 1 boiled egg; 1 tomato.

Additional notes:

Meat and boiled vegetables can be spiced with an herbal spice you like. Steaks are baked on Teflon pan to reduce the need for additional fats. Fresh tomatoes can be replaced by cooking. These foods should be taken in the indicated amounts and order as written and meals must not be skipped. Only in this way will the medical diet have an effect.
