This diet allows you to lose 2 to 5 kg in 5 days or 10 to 15 kilograms in 15 days. The advantage is that no fatigue and weakness, because of sufficient vitamins and minerals. Lunch: 200 g cooked fish or chicken; 4 crackers; 1 tomato.
