- Face – press this point on your face to regulate your appetite and reduce anxiety. Stress and anxiety can cause overeating, but can also lead to losing extra kilos. Massage the point for 5 minutes, 2 times a day.

- Ribs – it is known as the abdominal sorrow point and helps with indigestion and other health related issues. It is in the line with the ear lobes, near the end of the ribs cage, under them ribs. Curve the fingers on the point and press it for 5 minutes each day.
